Second Quality: We cannot find the cause of this classification. Perhaps a dye lot issue or different stretch. Each cut is inspected and problem fabric is discarded. As always, we cannot accept returns on Second Quality fabrics.

This style is similar in look and feel to the Power Stretch Hard Face Jersey, but boasting tougher standards of wind and climate resistance.
Wind Pro fabrics block 4 times the wind of an average fleece fabric but are not as wind resistant as a Windbloc or Power Shield fabric.
