Second Quality: We cannot find the cause of this classification. Perhaps a dye lot issue or different stretch. Each cut is inspected and problem fabric is discarded. As always, we cannot accept returns on Second Quality fabrics.

With a durable water repellent outer surface that withstands moisture and rain while retaining breathability and comfort. These fabrics are ideal for a variety of outerwear applications.
