 Second Quality: We cannot find the cause of this classification. Perhaps a dye lot issue or different stretch. Each cut is inspected and problem fabric is discarded. As always, we cannot accept returns on Second Quality fabrics.

This single velour 100 weight Polartec is designed for the ultimate lining material. The 2-way stretch is excellent and the velour is the soft fuzzy feeling you expect from Polartec. The back of the fabric is a smooth slippery surface to go next to the back of the garment you're lining.
